Cressi Big Eyes Evolution Mask Size & Fit Guide
Read the Cressi diagram: Match the lettered rows to the illustration. Dimensions describe the mask, not the size of your face. Where shown, the nose-size scale is Cressi’s comparative reference, not millimetres. Use the chart as a starting point and check the fit on your face.
Check your dive-mask fit
- Keep hair and any hood clear of the sealing edge. Rest the mask on your face without pulling the strap behind your head.
- Inhale gently through your nose to check whether the skirt forms an even seal. Check for gaps at the temples, cheeks and upper lip.
- Check that the frame and nose pocket feel comfortable without pressing on the bridge of your nose. You should be able to reach the nose pocket comfortably.
- Adjust both sides of the strap evenly, using only enough tension to hold the mask in place. Tightening harder will not correct a poor seal shape.
- Recheck the seal with your snorkel or regulator mouthpiece in place and with gentle facial movement. If the shape is uncomfortable or will not seal, try another model.

Find your closest preset lens power
Use the distance prescription from your optometrist. Enter one eye or both eyes. Leave the other eye blank if you only need one lens. Results are a guide for preset sphere-only lenses, not a replacement for an eye-care professional's recommendation.

This Big Eyes Evolution package includes the mask and Alpha Ultra Dry snorkel plus two individual negative corrective lenses. It lets you select a different lens strength for each eye while keeping the angled Big Eyes mask design.
What is included?
The standard configuration includes:
- Cressi Big Eyes Evolution Combo.
- Two individual corrective lenses — select one for each eye: Cressi Big Eyes Evo – Quantum Mask Negative Optical Lens.
This configuration is a mask-and-snorkel package; fins are not included.
Mask and snorkel features
- Cressi Big Eyes Evolution: Angled inverted-teardrop lenses extend the downward view. A dual-density silicone skirt, flexible buckle mounts and micrometric adjustment help you settle the fit.
- Lens layout: Twin tempered-glass lenses.
- Cressi Alpha Ultra Dry: A float-operated top helps limit water entry when submerged. The flexible lower section, silicone mouthpiece, quick-release keeper and purge valve assist positioning and clearing.
Can I choose a different negative lens power for each eye?
This package includes two individual negative corrective lenses. Choose one left and one right lens and check the strength for each eye separately. The available range is −1.0 to −6.0 dioptres in 0.5 steps, subject to the listed options. Premade spherical lenses do not reproduce cylinder, axis or prism corrections. Ask your optometrist which premade lens strength is appropriate if you are unsure; do not estimate from age or a reading-glasses label.

How do I check the mask fit before buying?
Use the mask’s fit profile as a starting guide only. Face width, cheek shape and nose clearance matter more than age or gender. Keep hair clear of the skirt and adjust the strap with light tension. Check that the mouthpiece sits naturally without strong clenching. For a gift, check the recipient’s current fit and foot size where possible, or ask our Hallam team for help before choosing.

Use, care and storage
Compatible cleaning products
For a coated, prescription or anti-fog-film lens, use only the cleaner or defogger approved by that lens manufacturer. Gear Aid Sea Drops is not recommended for prescription lenses or anti-reflective coatings. For a separate neoprene strap cover, if you use one, we recommend Cressi Neoclean Wetsuit Wash or Revivex Wetsuit Shampoo to clean compatible neoprene. Wash that component separately according to its care label and the cleaner’s dilution instructions, then rinse thoroughly and dry in the shade. These neoprene cleaners are not a recommendation for the mask lens or a regulator assembly.
A snorkel supplies air only while its opening is above the water. A dry top helps limit water entry but does not provide air underwater or guarantee a dry mouthpiece. Practise fitting and clearing in calm, shallow water before heading out.
Rinse the equipment in fresh water after use, including buckles, straps, snorkel valves and fin pockets. Dry in the shade before storage. Use mask-care products as directed and avoid abrasive cleaners, toothpaste or flame treatments. Inspect the mouthpiece, skirt and straps before the next swim.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund, exchange or optional store credit on eligible unused goods within Australia. Refunds go to the original payment method. Keep goods clean and undamaged with tags, original packaging and all accessories. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns meeting these conditions.
For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, you pay return postage and replacement shipping. Original delivery charges are not refunded. Water-tested goods, clearly marked clearance items and genuinely custom-made or personalised items are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Ordinary discounted goods remain eligible.
