The continued evolution of the Rob Allen Roller Gun brings us the Snapper Roller Gun. After four years of design and testing, the Rob Allen Snapper Roller Gun is what he believes to be the most accurate and powerful gun he has ever brought to market.
They have taken the essentials of the Rob Allen Tuna roller and added the 14mm power band material with a more significant stretch ratio. This gun features new graphics and artwork, and the 14mm band further reduces recoil and maintains fantastic speed and hitting power.
Snapper Roller Gun comes standard with Oversize rollers that reduce the initial effort to load the band. With quad ceramic bearings, it ensures that no salt, sand or grit will cause any issues, and since it has a very smooth surface, it reduces friction and increases the system’s speed.
Roller shields on the underside prevent the shooting line from catching up in the rollers. A dedicated line groove has been moulded into the bottom of the muzzle to protect the shooting line during hunting.
It wasn’t just the head design he could improve. Rob and the team soon realised that the anchor system and rubber lengths could be enhanced significantly to store even more energy.

How Products are Shipped
Orders are sent via Australia Express Post, Couriers Please, Startrack and Australia Post.
PO Box and Parcel Locker addresses are shipped via Australia Post; however, We cannot ship large items to these addresses, so you will need to provide a residential or business address.
All smaller items and as many as possible are sent via Australia Express Post for a speedy delivery.

Due to the increased freight costs, some large items incur an extra shipping fee in addition to the Flat rate shipping cost.

Shipping Time Frame
All orders are usually shipped the same day if ordered before 12 pm or 1-3 days after the initial purchase. At DGA, We only use reputable couriers that offer excellent service and fast delivery. Rural locations may take longer to arrive.

In rural and remote parts of Australia, shipping will depend on the availability of our shipping companies that can transport your goods to you. We always choose the fastest way possible.
Please note our flat rate of $20 is based on delivery to mainland Australia. Some Rural parts of Australia, Offshore islands and Territories of Australia may incur additional postage costs due to the remote location, which means our DGA Customer Service team will contact you or the extra shipping costs.

We understand that the product that you have purchased may not suit or fit you. For us to best assist you in preparing for a return or exchange, please read the following information carefully before returning a product.
DGA Dive Gear Australia offers you a 30-day exchange policy on most products within Australia for all goods that are unused and in a saleable condition. This means:
Eligibility Conditions
- The product and packaging are undamaged, unworn, unmarked and where applicable with tags still attached.
- Must include all packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and accessories.
- If you believe your product is faulty, please refer to the faulty items section below.
- Dive Gear Australia is not responsible for misuse of products or poor treatment of goods including proper care and servicing or equipment on time.
- Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of receipt of merchandise.
If a product comes back and meets the standards above, we will offer you an exchange for a different size or a product of the same value.
If a product is returned to us that has been worn, used in water or is damaged, Your return may not be accepted and the goods shipped back to you at your expense.

Return and Exchange Shipping
Unless an item is defective, If you need to exchange or return an incorrect product, please send the item back with a copy of your invoice and any instructions or information we might need. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as we receive the goods for any charges and the cost of the return freight.

Clearance and Non-returnable Items
Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable is as such.
Clearance items are not refundable and may not be returned unless there is a clear warranty issue or fault with the product. We will exchange as long as stock is available of the same item.
Refund and Credits
Please allow up to 14 days for a credit to appear on your account from the received date. We will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase, minus the original cost of shipping.

Shop online and then collect your order in-store with our Click & Collect service. (Melbourne and Victoria customers only).
This means you can order your favourite product online and pick it up from our store, limiting the need for physical contact with our team.

What if I need to add or Change items that I ordered?
When picking up your order, we’ll happily assist you with any changes.
Limited Lifetime Warranty coverage will only apply to products purchased in Australia, accompanied by proof of purchase and those that are registered correctly and in full within the Spearfishing Australia Warranty database.
Spearfishing Australia warrants that it will fix, repair or replace any defective Rob Allen Speargun as described above, at no cost to the consumer other than the expense of the consumer returning any defective product to their nearest Spearfishing Australia (SA) Partner. Spearguns may also be returned directly to Spearfishing Australia Head office. After service, the speargun will then be returned to the SA Partner for collection or to the consumer at no cost, with the balance of the applicable warranty intact.
All Rob Allen Spearguns sold within Australia are provided with a 12-month Warranty. This 12-month warranty will cover against any defects in materials, workmanship and performance to product specifications. Registered product will have the warranty upgraded from 12 months to Limited Lifetime. Please refer to what the upgraded warranty actually covers below.
Conditions for Limited Lifetime Warranty Upgrade:
- The Rob Allen speargun details must be registered with Spearfishing Australia within 30 days of purchase. This registration should be completed online by you or the Spearfishing Australia Partner you purchased from. You can register your product online here: spearfishingaustralia.com/rob-allen-registration
- It is the consumers’ sole responsibility to ensure that the product is registered.
- The Rob Allen Speargun must only be used as intended for normal recreational fishing purposes.
- Only Rob Allen spearguns purchased within Australia are applicable to the Warranty upgrade.
- Only Rob Allen spearguns purchased via authorised Spearfishing Australia Partners or via divegearaustralia.com.au are applicable to the Warranty Upgrade.
- This warranty shall be void if the speargun has been tampered with or modified by a person (or persons) not authorised by Rob Allen and Spearfishing Australia to perform such service.
- The warranty is non-transferable and extends to the original purchaser only.
- Normal wear and tear as determined by age and usage is excluded from the Rob Allen Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- Perishable and consumable items, including but not limited to Gun Rubbers, Gun Bungees, Bridles, Shooting Line, Crimps and Shafts, are excluded from the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
- To maintain this Limited Lifetime Warranty, you must maintain your own proof of purchase.
Please note that this warranty is offered in addition to any other rights that the consumer may have under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Additionally, failure to register eligible product does not diminish the consumers’ warranty rights.
